 Facing
the structure adjustment of china’s chemical fiber industry,
a large number of China's chemical fiber enterprises want for
the introduction of new technology and new equipment to deal
with the increasingly intense competition in the market to improve
products’ intrinsic quality and increase differentiated product
varieties, thereby enhance the competitiveness of enterprises’
capacity. In view of this trend, Shanghai Jolon Chemical Fiber
Technology Development Co.,Ltd was set up in April 2006.
With textile technology advancements, conventional chemical
fibers can be processed into many kinds of textiles to meet
a lot of different people's needs. But people ‘s dependence
on the first generation of differential fiber weakened. The
prices of China's first generation differential fibers like
colored, intermingled, trilobal filament and air-textured yarns
and conventional varieties are gradually narrowing their difference.
Therefore, differential chemical fibers are developing towards
the second and third generations, such as the differential varieties
like multi-component, compound, blended, fine, superfine, three-dimensional
hollow, dyeable, four-distinction (size, contraction, cross
section, material) and anti-pilling, and functional fibers like
antistatic far-infrared, UV-screen , antibacterial and odor
resistant, and negative oxygen ions. China's textile industry
is facing the problems of monotonous products, not high grades
and irrational structure. Based on this situation, the government
clearly put forward to encourage and support the development
of high-quality differential and functional textiles, and enhance
our international competitiveness in textile industry in the
"11th Five-Year" Plan for Textile Industry. According
to the forecast of China Textile Industry Association, as people
are increasingly seeking naturalization, individuation and high
sensibility, in the future demands for differential superfine
fiber and high-grade monofilament products in textile chemical
fiber market will continue to grow.
Setting our foot on the domestic market, we will take the promotion
of restructure and technological progress of China's textile
industry as our own responsibility, make use of international
advanced technology and promote the realization of domestic
industrialization, focus on key technology breakthroughs in
the industry, and persevere in the development of new technologies
and new products as our operating strategy. The medium-term
planning objective is to enable the enterprise hold a solid
position in the industry, and gradually grow to be a high-tech
